Finny’s Finest began as a UF (Young Entrepreneurship) school project created by Joséphine. From the very beginning, the focus was on producing everything in-house, starting with a handcrafted apple juice made from real apples and natural flavors.

As the school project came to an end, Joséphine chose to continue the journey on her own. The concept evolved, the name changed, and Finny’s Finest was born.

Since then, the company has continued to grow. What started with apple juice expanded into food, first with sweet offerings such as mini pancakes, and later into savory dishes, including burgers. Today, Finny’s Finest combines sweet and savory street food with the same core values it started with: quality ingredients, hands-on production, and genuine passion.

 

With our food truck, we bring Finny’s Finest to festivals, private events, and corporate gatherings — always aiming to deliver great food and a memorable experience.
